On the southwest coast of Kassandra, one of Halkidiki’s beautiful peninsulas, in the village Mola Kaliva you will find Leonidas Studio Apartments which can accommodate up to 90 guests.
The apartments are located just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Mola Kaliva and are surrounded by natural beauty, featuring excellent climate conditions.
The furnished apartments were renovated in 2012 and consist of one or two bedrooms which can accommodate from 2-5 people. The apartments include all the needed equipment and overlook either the sea, the mountain or the swimming pool.
In Leonidas Studio Apartments there is also a restaurant, a swimming pool for adults and children, a pool bar, WI-FI, a playground and a parking area.
There are many daily excursions organized like cruises to the second or third peninsula and trips to different parts of Greece.

Mola Kaliva is located on the western side of the peninsula Chalkidiki. This is about 1 driving hour away from Thessaloniki. Mola Kalyva is a small Greek village where you can find everything – super markets, bakeries, fish taverns and other restaurants. Close by are gas stations and banks – of course, with ATM.
In Mola Kaliva you enjoy your holidays mostly among Greeks far away from mass tourism. The local visitors usually come during the summer months – especially July and August. The season, however, already starts in May and you can enjoy fantastic holidays until September. Mola Kaliva is definitely worth a trip from spring to fall.
In summer one of the major reasons why you decide to come to Greece is often the sea. Mola Kaliva is situated directly at the sea side and with its two sandy shingle beaches you can always jump into the water for a little swim. Please be informed, however, that it is recommendable to rent a car. This way you can also drive to close by wonderful beaches (approx. 10 min.) with white sand and turquoise waters. In addition, you can enjoy idyllic cruises through lovely pine woods and olive trees in the center of the peninsula.

The hotel is in very peaceful place (Mola Kaliva), the service is super, very nice breakfast, the room was very clean , sheets and towels were changed every second day. We shall definitely come again to this hotel. I will recommend if it is possible to have some hangers in the room or toilet in order to put the towels. Also if it is possible to improve the internet in the room, internet should be stronger, because some period in the day there was no internet... I will strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, we had really excellent holiday. | 5 |

Problems: wasps are a big nuisance during meals and this is a problem that can't be fixed I guess, it's nobody's fault. My studio (superior, for 5 people) was excellent with the exception of the bathroom which was small and had some bad odour all the time because of the sewage I guess. Also, one of the 2 ACs was not working well and I had problems sleeping at night because of the heat. Other than that, I'm satisfied with this place and I definitely recommend it. | 5 |
